Like one person said, was on a trip from Indy to Fla. I was tired and needed rest. The place was a little dated but clean and no bugs Was cheap and staff super friendly. I recommend Budget in if all you need is a clean room with a bed and shower
If you just see this little motel from the road, you might assume it’s some rundown fleabag. Not the case at all! Yeah, the sign out front is a little old and weathered, but my wife and I stopped here for the night because we were just hoping for a cheap room while driving across country. The rooms are very nice! Ours was very clean and spacious and smelled nice. It seems like they may have recently remodeled. The hot water in the bathroom left a little to be desired, but that’s a small quibble. This is a very decent hotel, with good prices for a room for a night.
The owners are very friendly. Its a great off the grid hotel. We forgot an article and returned 6 days later and they still had it. AlWays a plus. Not the Hilton but great for quiet nite.
Stayed at this place many years ago, right as they were starting the renovations. The owners/operators were very friendly and as I was a single woman on my own made sure that I was close to the office, and that I was safe. My room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed at the time.
2nd time staying there very nice people and room was clean and comfortable highly recommend this place rooms are also pretty big can't beat it for the price
